“Inevitablemente, brilla la voz de MMG, una cantante que del grito al susurro, persuade, irrita y fascina”. Revista Arcadia – 2011 “MMG es quizá uno de los mayores atractivos del disco dada la versatilidad expresiva alcanzada por esta joven mujer.”
Cantante y compositora nacida en Bogotá. Desde los doce años se ha interesado por desarrollar una gran versatilidad vocal, lo cual le ha permitido cantar junto a reconocidos músicos como Samuel Torres (percusionista de Lila Downs), Inés Granja (cantaora del Pacífico colombiano), Camilo Parra (Monsieur Periné), Victor Bastidas (DePaises Project), el argentino Guillermo Klein (Guillermo Klein & Los Guachos), y la agrupación brasileña Saracotia (Premio a la Música Brasilera de 2013 en las categorías “Mejor Grupo”y “Grupo Revelación”) entre otros.

En el 2011, escogida como una de Las Nuevas Caras del Año de la Revista Semana gracias a su participación en el disco Remolque Juguete, primer disco de la agrupación Suricato, catalogado dentro de Los 10 Mejores Discos del Año, por la misma revista. Sus composiciones “Fansi Culin” (El Último Boabdil) y “Parásito” (Suricato) hacen parte de la lista 100 Canciones de la Nueva Música Colombiana realizada en el 2014 por el músico colombiano Juan Sebastián Monsalve (Curupira), en el 2013 “Mariposas” (Suricato) fue escogida para hacer parte del compilado “Compositores Javerianos V”.

Actualmente es cantante de las bandas Ságan, El Último Boabdil y Suricato (Artista Marca Colombia), la cual lidera junto a Kike Mendoza (Kike Mendoza Quinteto) y Jorge Sepúlveda (Curupira) figurando en Argentina en el Festival de Jazz de Buenos Aires 2012, en el Festival Jazz al Parque como Invitados Distritales en el año 2013 y en México en el 2014.

Ha participado como profesora de técnica vocal en la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana y en la Universidad del Atlántico, en el marco del Festival Atlantijazz 2012.

Finaliza sus Estudios Musicales en la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana en Bogotá, Colombia, recientemente presenta su tesis de grado a la cual le otorgaron una nota de 5.0 , nominada a Mención de Honor por los jurados.

Gana el “Concurso Beca Giras Nacionales e Internacionales 2014” otorgada por el Instituto Distrital de las Artes IDARTES, para realizar la “Gira Brasil 2015” junto a la agrupación Suricato. Recientemente invitada a cantar junto a su banda Suricato en el Millenium Stage del Kennedy Center en Washintong D.C. en el marco de su próxima gira “Rosario de Plumas Tour USA 2015” gestionado por el World Artists Experiences, WAE de Estados Unidos. El single de su más reciente banda Ságan, con tan solo 3 semanas al aire, ya hace parte del Top 25 de Radiónica, ocupando el lugar # 20 en su primera aparición.

Es invitada a ser parte del Tributo a los 20 Años del disco El Dorado de Aterciopelados, junto a Carlos Vives, Kevin Johansen, Enrique Bunbury, Edson Velandia, Jorge Drexler, Marta Gómez y Julieta Venegas entre otros Artistas, organizado por la Fundación Barrio Colombia,
